'I was receiving help from an organisation who had told me there was space for some counselling from a student counsellor and I took the offer up.. I had previously had counselling for PTSD ,anxiety and depression and I felt incredibly rushed so it didn't really help in the longer term so I was sceptical again.. My own judgement about somebody being a student was eradicated Quickly and I soon realised that Angela had been helping people with issues her whole life and was clearly knowledgeable but also incredibly empathetic. 

Initially the counselling was intended to be for 12 sessions and I was worried that I would be half way through telling Angela my "stuff" and I'd be told that's it.. Part of the reason I was crying out for help was about being abandoned.. I wouldn't want to feel that again.. Angela is wise and she clocked onto the fact I was feeling like this and she told me "There's no limit on sessions " and "I'm not going to leave you midway through" This massively helped me get the rest of my stuff on the table and I trusted Angela to tell her stuff I'd never told any counsellor before. I had a couple of massive breakthroughs that psychologists couldn't get out me before.. And they tried ! I have begun to look myself in the mirror and see my inner child.. I love myself and I deserve everything good.. These are things I'd never really said about myself and its thanks to Excersizes I did with Angela but also thanks to the kind and warm human being that Angela is. 

I also now have clear goals in place for my life.. Angela massively helped with this.. I have reached out to places again and I don't feel a burden in doing so.. They are helping me with studying for a new career soon and I'm looking after myself better. 

I had said to Angela on multiple occasions she needs to open her own practice .. I have had multiple psychologists and counsellors in the past but Angela tops the lot in terms of how she structures the meetings but also her nature as a human. If anyone is thinking of getting some counselling I'd advise them to book a session with her and see for yourself what I'm talking about. Angela was born to do this kind of work.'
